Technically based

This project required extensive preparation in CAD, including mold design, simulations, tool pathing, and the creation of workshop-grade engineering drawings for the mold blocks and inserts.

Accuracy

Tolerancing was especially important for our mold to function properly. Because it was built on such a small scale with multiple inserts aligned side by side, many of our tolerances were effectively halved, making precision absolutely critical.
